Shipping & Returns

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise returned must be unopened and in original condition. Packing slips are required for all returns. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason of your return so we can serve you better in the future. We recommend using a carrier that will issue you a tracking number and that you insure the contents of the shipment.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped by FedEx on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding major holidays. Orders typically ship in 1 - 2 business days. For overnight service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 11AM MST. Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 11AM through Friday 11AM MST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, you will receive your order within 3 - 10 business days.
